Easy to make bean soup. Very yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for White Bean Soup

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 cup onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup sliced carrots
30 oz great northern beans
32 oz vegetable broth
4 oz mild green chilies
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups cabbage leaves

Recipe Directions for White Bean Soup

Heat olive oil in large pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, and carrots and cook about 5 minutes until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Add everything else but the cabbage. Bring to a boil; reduce and simmer, cover for 10 minutes. Add cabbage and cook, covered, until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
