Recipe Ingredients for White Bean Puttanesca

2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 red onion
14 oz. diced tomatoes
3 tbsp. capers
18 oil-cured black olives
7 1/2 oz cannellini beans
2 tbsp. fresh flat-leaf parsley

Recipe Directions for White Bean Puttanesca

  1. saute garlic and pepper for 1-2 minutes

  2. add onion. Saute for 3-4 more minutes

  3. add tomatoes, capers, olives, and beans. Simmer for 8-10 minutes

  4. top with fresh parsley
