Recipe Ingredients for White bean mash w/swiss chard

16 oz Beans, Great Northern, Mature Seeds
1 lime yields Lime Juice
2.5 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
1 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
2 tbsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried
3 clove Garlic
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for White bean mash w/swiss chard

chop chard, boil 3 minutes (stems for longer, if necessary). Sautee garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add herbs and lime juice. Add to blender with beans (do it in batches if necessary) thinning with stock to desired consistency.
