Recipe Ingredients for White bean and leek soup

57 oz. cannelini beans
1/2 T. tarragon
1 c. low-sodium vegetable broth
2 c. leeks
3 T. minced garlic
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 T. paprika
1 t. salt

Recipe Directions for White bean and leek soup

  1. Puree beans and leeks to desired consistency.

  2. Combine all ingredients in large saucepan.

  3. Heat until thickened.

  4. Serve hot.

  5. Soup can be made ahead.
