Recipe Ingredients for White Bean & Kale Soup

2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Rosemary, Dried
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
19 oz Beans Cannellini
2 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1/4 cup Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese
10 cup, chopped Kale
3 cup Spinach
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
19 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added

Recipe Directions for White Bean & Kale Soup

  1. 1. Cook the Kale and Spinach in water in a big pot, boiling until flexible.

  2. 2. Add onions, garlic, peppers, celery, carrots and spices and simmer until the veggies are soft.

  3. 3. Add Ditalini pasta and cook 8-10 more minutes.

  4. 4. Add the tomatoes and beans, stirring occasionally until cooked and hot.

  5. 5. Add cheese while hot and serve.
