  1. Make a dip by combining chick peas,juice of lemon,cilantro, scallion black pepper,olives & 1 1/2 tsp water in a food processor until it reaches a chunky consistency.

  2. Wash and cut vegetables into 2 inch length pieces. group each one & form a circle with dip in the middle on a plate.Enjoy.
