quick and easy- pretty much like all my recipes

Recipe Ingredients for White Bean Dip

15 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans
1 fruit+2-3/8"+dia lemon
5 cloves garlic
2 tbs olive oil
1 pinch crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for White Bean Dip

  1. - Juice lemon and keep as much pulp as possible in juice

  2. - peel garlic & use food processor to coarsely chop

  3. - add lemon juice/pulp to garlic

  4. - drain beans and add to food processor

  5. - pulse/chop until smooth

  6. - add in 1-2 tbs bean juice if necessary to keep it mixing in processor

  7. - once smooth, drizzle in olive oil and keep mixing to make very creamy

  8. - add pinch of red pepper to desired taste
