A tasty white bean dip with a touch of garlicky anchovy flavour. Servings by the tablespoon.

Recipe Ingredients for White Bean Dip

1 cup white kidney beans
2 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 anchovy fillet
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper

Recipe Directions for White Bean Dip

  1. In food processor with knife blade attached, puree beans with yogurt, lemon juice, oil, anchovies, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  2. Spoon dip into small container with tight-fitting lid. Can be refrigerated up to 2 days
