Recipe Ingredients for White Bean Chili

1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
2 serving Garlic Cloves
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
30 oz Great Northern Beans
4 oz Green Chilies
8 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 oz Lime Juice
1. oz Cilantro
6 tbsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa

Recipe Directions for White Bean Chili

In large pot, heat olive oil, over med. heat. Add onion, garlic, red pepper and chicken, stir until veggies are tender and meat is cooked through. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 min.
