Recipe Ingredients for White Bean Chicken Chili

16 oz Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 medium raw Onion Red
2 clove Garlic
14 1/2 oz Chicken Broth
16 oz Diced Tomatoes
18 oz Crushed Tomatoes
7 oz Diced Green Chilies
1/2 tsp Spices Oregano Leaves
1/2 tsp Coriander Seed
1/4 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
14 1/2 oz Yellow Corn
15 oz White Beans
2 dash Salt, Table
2 dash Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Gourmet Collection Mexican Style Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for White Bean Chicken Chili

  1. Heat oil, and cook onion and garlic until soft.

  2. Stir in broth, tomatillos, tomatoes, chilies, and spices. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Add corn, chicken, and beans; simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
