Recipe Ingredients for White Bean and Chicken Chili

3 cups great northern beans
1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes
1 lb diced chicken breast
1 cup diced white onion
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons diced green chilis
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
4 cups chicken stock

Recipe Directions for White Bean and Chicken Chili

  1. mix all ingredients in a slow cooker

  2. cook on high for 8 hours

  3. serve with chopped cilantro
