Chicken chili in under 30 minutes

Recipe Ingredients for White bean and chicken chili

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup celery
1 cup onion
1 cup green bell pepper
2 jalapeno peppers
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 cups low salt chicken broth
30 ounce great northern beans
1 pound chicken breast
1/2 cup half and half

Recipe Directions for White bean and chicken chili

  1. Chop vegetables.

  2. Heat oil in large saucepan.

  3. Saute vegetables until beginning to soften, about 4 minutes.

  4. Add garlic, chili powder and cumin

  5. Saute 1 minute

  6. Add broth and simmer about 3 minutes

  7. Add beans, chicken and half and half. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer until heated through, about 5 minutes.

  8. Season with salt and pepper.
