Recipe Ingredients for White Bean Chicken Chili

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, medium, finely chopped
4 oz green chilies, drained and chopped
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tsp ground cumin
32 oz Navy or Great Northern Beans
14 1/2 oz chicken broth
12 oz chicken breast, cooked, chopped (1 1/2 c)

Recipe Directions for White Bean Chicken Chili

In large skillet, cook onion in oil for 4 minutes or until transparent. Add chilies, flour and cumin, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add beans and chicken brothe, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken, cook until hot. Garnish with cheese, sour cream and salsa
