Recipe Ingredients for White bean chicken chili

44 oz Fresh Whole Chicken Cut Up
5 g Cumin Powder
1 serving Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
3 tsp Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Salt, Table
16 oz Beans, Small White, Mature Seeds
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.33 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 tbsp Butter
5 pepper Anaheim Chile
48 tbsp Half
3.75 cup Light
6 oz Colby
48 tsp Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for White bean chicken chili

Sautee the onions in the butter (15min). Stir in the flour(5min). Whisk in the broth and half and half.(15min) Then add the spices, shredded (cooked) chicken, cooked beans, and chared chilies that were deskinned and de-seeded and chopped up. Simmer for 20 min. Then add the sour cream and cheese.
