Recipe Ingredients for White Bean and Cabbage Soup

1 onion, peeled and finely sliced
2 celery stalks, trimmed ad finely sliced
1 head cabbage, finely sliced
6 vegetable stock cubes
1 T chicken boullion
14 oz white beans
4 T peas

Recipe Directions for White Bean and Cabbage Soup

Place the onion, celery, cabbage, stock cubes, and boullion in a medium sized pan with enough water to cover. Brinng to boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, adding a little more water if necessary. Add the beans and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Divide between warmed soup bowls and serve immediately, garinshed with parsley and 1 T peas.
