Recipe Ingredients for White avocado burgers

1/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup couscous
5 T olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 t minced garlic
3 cups cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup minced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
