1 1/2 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower
4 clove Garlic
10 tbsp chopped Shallots
3/4 large Onions

  1. Steam all ingredients until very well done (25+ mins).

  2. Whip in blender until creamy. Serve warm.
