Recipe Ingredients for Whipped Cream Substitute

1/3 cup water, ice cold
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup dry milk, nonfat
2 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Whipped Cream Substitute

Combine water, lemon juice, and vanilla in a quart bowl. Sprinkle nonfat dry milk powder over the top. Beat until siff, 10-12 minutes, add sugar. Yields 2 cups.
