Recipe Ingredients for Whipped Acorn squash

1 acorn squash
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Whipped Acorn squash

  1. Cut squash in half and place cut halves face down on a baking dish. Add two tablespoons of water and bake in oven at 350 until flesh is tender and easy to spoon out of skin (20-30 min).

  2. Scoop flesh out of skin and beat squash with butter, milk, brown sugar and salt.
