Recipe Ingredients for Whey Palatschkin

0.66 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
14 grams Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1 1/5 scoop 100% Whey Gold Standard
1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
5 tbsp Egg Substitute
4 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Benefiber Soluble Dietary Fiber Medical Food

Recipe Directions for Whey Palatschkin

Mix dry parts in mixing bowl, whisk with packet of stevia if desired. Add liquids, whisk until thin. Fry on lightly oiled pan. Serve with fruit and ricotta-type cheese.
