Recipe Ingredients for Where's Waldorf Salad

1 cup walnut halves
4 stalks celery, wiped clean and chopped
1/2 red onion
1 cup red grapes, split
2 apples, seeded and chopped
1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons cream
10 lettuce leaves
3 ounces bleu cheese crumbles
1 cup cooked chicken

Recipe Directions for Where's Waldorf Salad

  1. Toast walnuts over med heat until fragrant - 5 minutes

  2. Combine walnuts, celery, onion, grapes, and apples in a bowl

  3. Make dressing by whisking lemon juice, honey, vinegar, cardamom, dill, mustard, and olive oil together in a separate bowl.

  4. Stream cream into dressing.

  5. Pour dressing over apple mixture.

  6. Toss with lettuce.

  7. Top with bleu cheese and diced chicken
