This bread combines whole wheat and white flour for a more healthy home made bread. The wheat gluten gives a softer, higher loaf 12 Grams of Wheat Gluten is 4 teaspoons For bread machine baking.

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat White Bread

1 cup water
2 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
12 grams wheat gluten
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Wheat White Bread

  1. Add water -should be fairly hot for yeast-

  2. Add other ingredients in order given

  3. Add 2 tsp wheat gluten to flour and 2 tsp to wheat flour

  4. Set bread machine for 1.5 pound loaf and Light crust

  5. Start bread machine
