Recipe Ingredients for wheat waffles

1 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose)
1 cup flour (whole wheat)
1 T Splenda
1 T baking powder
1 3/4 cups milk (fat free)
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1 T strawberry extract

Recipe Directions for wheat waffles

  1. In a large bowl stir together dry ingredients. Make a well in the center. In another bowl combine milk, eggs, oil and extract. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened (batter should be slightly lumpy).

  2. Pour onto grids of preheated PAM'D waffle iron. Close lid and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
