Whole Wheat tortillas made easy! Use a tortilla press lined with a cut open plastic zip baggie coated with cooking spray.

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Tortillas

2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup white flour
1 cup water
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoons sea salt
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Wheat Tortillas

Combine all ingredients. Roll into balls and press in a tortilla press or roll out into a circle using a rolling pin. Fry in a dry non-stick pan 2 minutes on each side or until soft and brown but not crispy.
