Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Tortilla With Spice

3 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Wheat Tortilla With Spice

  1. 1) mix dry ingredients.

  2. 2) add water and olive oil and mix.

  3. 3) knead dough for ten minutes or until firm and add flour if sticky.

  4. 4) divide dough into 12 little balls and let them sit covered for about 5 minutes.

  5. 5) roll out dough balls into tortilla and try to get as thin as possible without tearing dough.

  6. 6) place tortilla in ungreased pan at medium high temp, about 1 minute on each side.
