Crushed Wheat Thin crackers made into a snack bar (so as not to waste the broken crackers)

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Thin Bars

4 serving Skippy Crunchy Peanut butter
0.5 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-Sweet
3 serving Crackers Reduced Fat
3 serving Crackers Multi-Grain
40 grams Shredded Coconut
4 tsp Margarine, Regular, Hard

Recipe Directions for Wheat Thin Bars

Melt together 2 tbsp of margarine, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 cup chocolate chips. When smooth, stir in coconut and crushed Wheat Thins. Pour into a suitable flat bottomed dish. Cut into small pieces.
