Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Pilaf

2 T butter
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1/2 t salt
1/2 c onion
1 c bulgur
1 c chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Wheat Pilaf

  1. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until brown.

  2. Stir in bulgar and salt. Stir for 1 minute.

  3. Add water and bring to a boil.

  4. Cover and place in 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
