Yummy Pizza Rolls, Fairly Healthy

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Pepperoni Rolls

1 cup Water
2 tbsp Water
1 cups Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tsp Salad Dressing, Italian, Commercial, Regular
2 tbsp Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
1 cup Oat Bran Flour
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
7 grams Gluten Four
30 slices Sliced Turkey Pepperoni
6 oz Mozzerella Cheese - Low Moisture

Recipe Directions for Wheat Pepperoni Rolls

  1. Add all of the dough ingredients to a breadmaker and set on "dough" setting....

  2. Just substitute Italian Sausage (or anything,) if you don't like Pepperoni.

  3. Divide dough into 6 or 8 portions. Roll Flat. Fill with 1 oz of moz. & five pepperoni. Fold over the dough and put on pan fold side down. Bake at 425 until golden brown.

  4. Serve with Pizza Sauce and/or Ranch Dressing
