Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Pasta Salad I

3 oz Feta Cheese
8 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Penne Rigate Pasta
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 medium Cucumber, Peeled
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Wheat Pasta Salad I

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions.

  2. Slice up cucumbers and remove seeds. Cut up pepper and add veggies to large bowl. Add feta and olive oil; sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Add pasta, toss, and serve.
