2 cup Oat Flour
6 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten
2 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 oz Parmesan 100% Grated
4.5 tsp Yeast
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.67 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Wheat/ Oat Pizza Dough

  1. Mix yeast, 1tsp olive oil, salt, 1 tsp stevia, water (110-110 deg). Let sit 5 min.

  2. Add dry ingredients and add wet.
