Wheat Noodles with fire roasted vegetable blend

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Noodles

10.28 oz Whole Wheat Noodle
2 serving kirkland fire-roasted vegetable medley
0.67 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 serving Deep Fried Tofu

Recipe Directions for Wheat Noodles

  1. Boil noodles in water, drain and set aside

  2. Stir fry Onions, bell pepper and tomatoes.

  3. Add in the fire-roasted vegetables

  4. Once done, switch off the stove and add the noodles.

  5. Mix well and serve hot!
