Best... Granola... Ever.... Made about 323 g. total after baking. 3 cups after ALL clumps were broken up. 1/4 cup = about 27 g.

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Germ Granola

1 cup oats
1 oz walnuts
1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Wheat Germ Granola

  1. Zap oats and walnuts until very fine but not without a few lumps left.

  2. Mix oats, walnuts, wheat germ, flaxseed and cinnamon.

  3. Combine oil and vanilla. Add to oats and mix very well.

  4. Add honey to oats and mix very well. Mixture will be sticky, coarse crumbs.

  5. Spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 x 15 min, stir. Bake another 5 min or until golden. Stir well after taking out of oven so it doesn't stick to pan.
