Corn muffins with whole wheat flour and wheat germ.

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Germ Corn Muffins

1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c wheat germ
1/2 c cornmeal
2 egg whites
2 T butter
2 T sugar
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 c Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Wheat Germ Corn Muffins

Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine liquid ingredients. Melt butter. Add liquid and butter to dry ingredients. Mix together until lumpy. Cook at 400F for 20 minutes.
