2 lbs millet flour
1 lbs Gluten Free Sweet White Sorghum Flour
8 oz tapioca starch
8 oz cornstarch
8 oz potato starch

Recipe Directions for Wheat free flour blend-Millet II-less starch

  1. Mix all flours and starches together.

  2. Measure loosely in cup, not packed, or measure by weight. Approximately 140 g/cup.

  3. To replace wheat flour in recipes, add 1/2 to 1 tsp of guar gum or xanthan gum per cup of flour.

  4. Serving size: 100 g
