1 lb Gluten Free Sweet White Sorghum Flour
12 oz tapioca starch
12 oz cornstarch
12 oz potato starch

Recipe Directions for Wheat Free Flour Blend 1

  1. Mix all flours and starches together.

  2. Measure loosely in cup, not packed, or measure by weight. Approximately 140 g/cup.

  3. To replace wheat flour in recipes, add 1/2 to 1 tsp of guar gum or xanthan gum per cup of flour.
