Recipe Ingredients for Wheat-Free Chicken Patties

1 canned chicken breast
1 egg
2 cracker, light rye (Wasa)
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for Wheat-Free Chicken Patties

  1. Drain liquid from canned chicken breast. Combine all ingredients except canola oil in medium bowl.

  2. Heat oil in heavy skillet over med to med-high heat. Brown both sides; reduce heat and slowly cook through.
