Wheat bulgur stew with tomatoes and lamb. Use ground or other cut of lamb. Use more meat for a heartier meal, less for just the flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat bulgur stew with tomatoes and lamb (shtumpfuss)

1 lb lamb
1 large onion, chopped
1 T vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup bulgur
2 cups water
28 oz diced tomatoes, canned
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Wheat bulgur stew with tomatoes and lamb (shtumpfuss)
