Wheat Bread Recipe

Makes 16 servings



Substitutes: Add 1 tablespoon of Flax seed. Egg substitute instead of eggs. 1/2 cup of brown sugar or honey. 3 cups wheat flour.

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Bread

3/4 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup water
1/4 lb. margarine
3/4 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/8 tsp salt
4 cups wheat flour
1 tbsp flax

Recipe Directions for Wheat Bread

  1. 1. Put water into bowl and pour yeast in and let sit till recipe is made(DONT MIX)

  2. 2. Melt the butter in microwave bowl.

  3. 3. Add eggs into microwavable bowl, add milk untill it reaches 1 1/2 cups. ( about 3/4 cup milk). Microwave the milk mix untill hot making sure to mix every minute or so or the egg will cook.

  4. 4. Mix the salt and sugar in the Main big bowl.

  5. 5. Mix in the hot milk and egg mix.

  6. 6. Mix in the margarine and the flax seed meal.

  7. 7. Mix in the 3 cups of flour.

  8. 8. Add in the yeast. Add the flour for texture ( about 1-1 1/2 cups).

  9. 9. Knead the bread and let it rise for a few hours( 1 hour suggested). Then put them in pan and let rise for about 1 hour.

  10. 10. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes(if rolls).
