can use parterberries instead of blueberries if want or half of each the recipe was suppose to be 2/3 cup of splenda and 1/3 cup butter but I cut back not sure what it will taste like also it called for 2 1/4 cups of whole wheat flour but I substituted again not sure what it come out like

Recipe Ingredients for wheat bran,oatmeal,berry muffins

1/2 cup wheat bran
1 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup spelt flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3/4 cup fat free milk
1 1/4 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for wheat bran,oatmeal,berry muffins

  1. preheat oven t0 350 F

  2. with electric mixer beat sugar and butter until fluffy

  3. beat in eggs and vanilla

  4. ,on low speed blend in flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt and milk,fold in berries

  5. spoon evenly in muffin cups

  6. bake 25 mins

  7. two points weight watchers
