Recipe Ingredients for Wheat Berry Salad

2 c. wheat berries, cooked
2 c. spinach, chopped
1 large apple, diced
2 carrots, shredded
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. sugar
1/2 T. sesame oil
1 T. olive oil
1 T. seasoned rice vinegar
2 T. soy sauce, low sodium

Recipe Directions for Wheat Berry Salad

Combine all ingredients, cover, refridgerate 1-2 hours before serving.
