Wheat berries tossed with the veggies and herbs I had on hand. Next time add Olive Oil!! THough salt and pepper may have been enough.

Recipe Ingredients for Wheat berries and summer veggies

1 cup Wheat, Hard White Berries, Organic
2 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 cup asparagus
1/4 cup oregano
1/2 oz parmesan

Recipe Directions for Wheat berries and summer veggies

Toss cooked wheat berries with blanched vegetables. Add parmesan, salt and pepper to taste. Add whatever fresh herbs you have.
