I took someone else recipie and tweeked it a bit. I used wheat flour instead of one full cup of all purpose. I also used splenda instead of sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for wheat banana muffins

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup banana
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for wheat banana muffins

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350, line muffin pan, or grease it.

  2. mix dry ingredants. in a bowl, and we ingredants in another (splenda/sugar classifies as a wet ingredant)

  3. Bring the dry to the wet ingredants.

  4. fill muffin pan equaly.

  5. cook for 15-20 minutes, till toothpick comes out clean!
