Recipe Ingredients for wet dough

6 1/2 cup white flour
3 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp yeast

Recipe Directions for wet dough

  1. place liquid, salt, and yeast in a mixing bowl

  2. add flour all at once

  3. mix to moisten all

  4. place in its container

  5. let rise 2 hours or more - until it begins to fall

  6. refrigerate and use as needed for loafs and rolls
