Recipe Ingredients for Westphalian Tortellini

1 pound tortellini
4 tbsp butter
4 ounces ham, julienned
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup fresh chives, thinly sliced
4 ounces frozen peas, thawed

Recipe Directions for Westphalian Tortellini

  1. Prepare tortellini according to directions on package.

  2. In a sauce pan, melt butter.

  3. Add ham and saute for one minute.

  4. add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

  5. Add cooked tortellini and mix well.

  6. Serve immediately.
