Recipe Ingredients for Western Provalone Omlette

4 medium eggs
2 oz Sargento Reduced Fat provalone cheese
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 medium tomato

Recipe Directions for Western Provalone Omlette

  1. Chop onion, green pepper, and tomato.

  2. Crush garlic cloves with side of knife to remove skin and break into small pieces

  3. Wisk eggs in medium bowl

  4. Spray extra virgin olive oil in skillet and heat on medium heat

  5. Pour 1/2 eggs into skillet

  6. Fill with half vegetables and half of cheese

  7. Brown on medium heat

  8. Fold in half and finish cooking

  9. Cut into two servings of omlettes and serve

  10. Cook remaining omlette the same way
