1 large Egg, Whole
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
20 grams Onions
0.12 cup ChefStyle Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
0.5 oz Hard Salami
15 grams Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for Western Omlet

Chop green peppers, onions and salami. Beat together milk and egg. Pour egg mixture into non-stick skillet that has been sprayed with oil. Add rest of ingredients and fold over the egg base to make an omlet.
