Traditional Western Omelette prepared with vegetables, ham, and cheese. Serves 2

Recipe Ingredients for Western Omelette

2 large egg
2 large egg white
1 green pepper
1 slice onion
1 medium tomato
2 mushrooms
1 oz american cheese
2 oz ham

Recipe Directions for Western Omelette

  1. Chop green pepper, onion, tomato and mushrooms.

  2. Divide cheese in half

  3. Divide ham in half

  4. Wisk together 1 egg and 1 egg white.

  5. Add half of the chopped vegetables to the eggs and pour in a small omelette pan that has been lightly coated with non-stick spray.

  6. Add half of the ham and cheese on top.

  7. Cook until you are able to flip the omellete in half.

  8. Finish cooking until done to individual preference.

  9. Serve immediately
