Recipe Ingredients for Western Meal

1/2 onion
2 lbs lean ground beef
30 oz. pinto beans
29 oz. diced tomatoes
7 oz. diced chilies
2 cups cheddar cheese
4 oz. taco seasoning

Recipe Directions for Western Meal

cook beef with onion and drain. In a large casserole dish combine cooked beef, beans, tomatoes and rest of ingredients except cheese. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes covered in foil. Top with cheese and let melt 10 more minutes.
