Recipe Ingredients for Western Frittata

10 egg whites
4 eggs
1 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
3 17/20 ounces canadian bacon
2 ounces reduced fat swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Western Frittata

  1. Spray a medium broiler-safe pan with olive oil spray.

  2. Sautee chopped onion, ham, and pepper until tender.

  3. Add eggs and scramble for 1-2 minutes until they begin to set.

  4. Continue to cook, sliding spatula around the edges, keeping it from sticking, for about 4 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in broiler for about 3 minutes.

  6. Divide into 4 equal servings.
