Recipe Ingredients for WESTERN EGG WHITE OMELET

2 tbsp chopped red pepper
1 tbsp chopped onion
113 2/5 grams 1/2 cup egg white substitute
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for WESTERN EGG WHITE OMELET

  1. spray skillet with cooking spray; heat over med heat. Add peppers and onions. Cook for 3 minutes, or until veggies are crisp-tender, stiring frequently. Spread veggies evenly over bottom of pan.

  2. Pour Egg Subsitute over veggies; cook 7 minutes, or until egg substitute is almost set in center, carefully pushing cooked eggs to center of skillet with spatula and tilting skillet as neccessary to allow incooked portion to flow underneath.

  3. Sprinkle with cheese; fold omelet in half. Slide onto serving plate.
